Towson University will conduct two planned electrical outages on various campus buildings.
A three-hour electrical outage will take place Wednesday, March 20 from midnight to 3 a.m., for a mandatory inspection of BGE’s 33Kv electrical distribution equipment to the university.
All campus buildings will be affected with the exception of the following: Administration, Auburn House, Barton House, Child Care Center, Douglass House, Marriott Conference Hotel, Millennium Hall, Paca House, Towson Run, Tubman House, West Village Commons, West Village Garage and 7400 York Road.
A second electrical outage is scheduled for Thursday, March 21 from midnight to 6 a.m., for a mandatory inspection of BGE’s 13Kv electrical distribution equipment to Towson Run and West Village Commons. These buildings will be the only affected.
The university apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these outages.
