It’s not too late to reserve a seat on the free Towson University shuttle to WTMD radio’s First Thursday concert in Canton this Thursday, July 3.
The shuttle will transport Towson University students, faculty and staff, as well as their significant others, from campus to Canton Waterfront Park. The shuttle will depart from the University Union garage shelter, outside the ground-level faculty/staff area, at 5:15 p.m. and arrive in Canton at 6 p.m., in time for the concert which begins at 6:30 p.m. The concert will end around 10 p.m., and the shuttle will depart Canton Waterfront Park at 10:15 p.m. for the return trip to campus.
Those who wish to ride the shuttle must reserve a seat. Seats are limited and only available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Persons wishing to sign up for the free shuttle to this Thursday evening’s concert must do so by noon on Tuesday, July 1.
The third installment in WTMD’s First Thursday concert series will feature Grizfold, Strands of Oaks and Lydia Loveless.
The free concert series recently moved from its previous site in Mount Vernon to Canton Waterfront Park. More than 12,000 people attended last month’s concert.
